Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins with an 8:00 AM pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or directly from the airport. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive (120 km) to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

Upon arrival, embark on an exciting 5–6 hour game drive, where you’ll have the chance to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many more species thriving in this beautiful ecosystem.

A delicious picnic lunch will be served inside the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

In the late afternoon, depart for Ngorongoro, where you’ll check in at the luxurious Melia Ngorongoro Lodge. Enjoy a gourmet dinner and unwind in style with breathtaking views over the crater rim.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After a delightful breakfast at Melia Ngorongoro Lodge, you’ll depart for a scenic 1.5-hour drive (60 km) to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.

Descend 600 meters into the crater for an unforgettable 4–5 hour game drive, where you’ll have the opportunity to spot the legendary Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and the rare black rhino — along with countless other animals such as zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and flamingos.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the crater’s beautiful viewpoints as you soak in the breathtaking scenery.

In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and begin your return journey to Arusha, marking the end of your incredible 2-day luxury safari filled with spectacular landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters.
