Experience the thrill of Tanzania’s Northern Circuit on this short but action-packed safari. You’ll explore three of the country’s most iconic parks—Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater—and enjoy close encounters with Africa’s Big Five, dramatic landscapes, and abundant wildlife.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

- Morning: Your driver-guide will pick you up from Arusha or the airport. Drive approximately 2 hours to Tarangire National Park, famed for its majestic elephants and striking baobab trees.
- Game Drive: Explore seasonal swamps, grasslands, and the Tarangire River, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, elephants, and diverse bird species.
- Lunch: Picnic inside the park.
- Evening: Transfer to Ang’ata Tarangire Camp (or similar lodge/camp), enjoy dinner, and overnight stay.
Accommodation: Ang’ata Tarangire Camp (Mid-range tented camp inside the park)

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

- Early Morning: Optional hot air balloon ride over Tarangire (extra cost).
- Game Drive & Transfer: Continue a morning game drive, then drive through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, visiting Maasai villages along the way. Stop for picnic lunch en route.
- Afternoon: Enter Serengeti National Park via Naabi Hill Gate. Begin an afternoon game drive in search of lions, cheetahs, wildebeest, and other iconic wildlife.
- Evening: Arrive at your camp/lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Accommodation: Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp / Matawi Camp (Mid-range) or Serengeti Serena Lodge (Semi-Luxury)

Day 3: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Morning Game Drive: Explore different regions of Serengeti National Park, spotting predators and herds of wildebeest and zebras.
Lunch: Picnic in the park.
Afternoon Transfer: Depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro Highlands. Stop for wildlife sightings en route. Arrive at Simba Campsite / lodge on the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha / Departure

- Early Morning: Descend approximately 600 m into Ngorongoro Crater for a final game drive. Spot the Big Five, including the elusive black rhino, as well as elephants, zebras, wildebeest, and hippos. Visit Lake Magadi and enjoy the breathtaking crater floor scenery.
- Lunch: Picnic at the crater.
- Afternoon: Ascend the crater and transfer to Arusha or Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar or onward destination.
