Day 1: Zanzibar – Northern Serengeti National Park

Begin your unforgettable safari adventure by arriving at Zanzibar Airport. You’ll enjoy a scenic drive to the airstrip, where you will board a small plane bound for the Northern Serengeti. Upon landing at Kogatende Airstrip around 11:00 AM, your private safari vehicle will be ready to whisk you into the heart of the Serengeti.

Your first activity is a visit to the Mara River, where you can witness the dramatic Great Migration crossing, one of nature’s most spectacular wildlife events. After a thrilling day of game viewing, you will check into your accommodation, enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Northern Serengeti – Central Serengeti National Park

Begin your day with morning game drives in the Northern Serengeti, enjoying the rich wildlife in this abundant habitat. You may encounter impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos, while keeping an eye out for the predators—lions, cheetahs, and leopards—that roam these plains.

Later, you will embark on a transfer game drive to the Central Serengeti, where the scenery opens up to vast grassy plains dotted with kopjes. This region is particularly famous for the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras, whose movements depend on seasonal rainfall. From November to December, the herds move from the northern woodlands and hills to the southern plains, returning north during the long rains from April to June.

After a full day of thrilling game drives and wildlife encounters, you will arrive at your accommodation in Central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.
