Day 1: Zanzibar → Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Airstrip)

Morning: Fly from Zanzibar Airport to Kogatende Airstrip in the Northern Serengeti. Upon landing, your expert guide will meet you and transfer you to your safari vehicle to begin your adventure.
Safari Adventure: Embark on a thrilling game drive, focusing on the Great Migration. Witness wildebeests and zebras making their dramatic crossing of the Mara River, one of nature’s most extraordinary spectacles. Keep your camera ready for lions, crocodiles, and other predators that often follow the herds.
Evening: After an exhilarating day of wildlife viewing, check into Safari Haven Migration Camp. Relax, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Northern Serengeti National Park

Morning: After a delicious breakfast at your camp, set off on a full-day game drive through the Northern Serengeti National Park. Explore the vast plains, rivers, and woodlands that are teeming with wildlife. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and the ever-moving herds of wildebeest and zebras.
Safari Experience: Northern Serengeti is renowned for its dramatic landscapes and abundant wildlife, providing endless opportunities for photography and wildlife spotting. Your guide will ensure you witness the highlights of the park while also seeking out hidden gems.
Evening: Return to Safari Haven Migration Camp for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay, where you can relax and reflect on the day’s extraordinary encounters with Africa’s wildlife.

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you’ll head out for a morning game drive in the Serengeti, taking advantage of the best time to spot predators in action as they hunt or return from their night activities. The park’s open plains offer fantastic photo opportunities and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

By midday, you’ll return to camp for lunch and packing, then begin your scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you’ll enjoy more game viewing as you exit the Serengeti — the journey itself often reveals elephants, zebras, and other wildlife roaming freely.

By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Simba Campsite, located near the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. The campsite offers spectacular views of the surrounding highlands, and it’s not unusual to see animals such as zebras and buffalo grazing nearby.

Day 3: Central Serengeti National Park & Return to Zanzibar

Morning & Afternoon: Begin your day with a game drive in Central Serengeti National Park, where the vast open plains and iconic landscapes provide a stunning backdrop for wildlife viewing. Watch for the Big Five — lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos — as well as herds of zebras and wildebeests, and a wide variety of bird species. The Serengeti’s expansive vistas make every moment a photo-worthy experience.
Evening: After a day filled with adventure and wildlife encounters, you will be transferred to your accommodation at Misako Luxury Camps & Lodges. Enjoy a delightful dinner and unwind in comfort, reflecting on your unforgettable Serengeti experience.
Optional Flight: Depending on your schedule, you may then fly from Seronera Airstrip back to Zanzibar, marking the conclusion of your immersive safari adventure.
